Victim Identified as 37-Year-Old from Perris

He was found unconscious on the shoulder of Cajalco Road shortly after 7:40 a.m., but investigators believe the collision occurred between 3:15 a.m. and 7 a.m. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
