Tuesday’s Early Morning Chase Kept Authorities on Their Toes

In the wee hours of Tuesday morning, a woman found herself in a high-stakes game of chase with California Highway Patrol officers. The pursuit began at approximately 1:44 am when officers attempted to pull over a driver for speeding on the northbound 605 Freeway near Telegraph Road in Santa Fe Springs.

But instead of pulling over, the suspect decided to put her pedal to the metal, leading officers on a wild and winding pursuit that spanned multiple Southern California counties. The high-octane chase had authorities on edge as they tried to apprehend the elusive driver.
