A harrowing assault has sent shockwaves through a retail store in Santa Ana, leaving a manager injured and the assailant at large.

On January 30, the peaceful atmosphere of the store at 1510 North Main Street was shattered when an unidentified woman entered and unleashed a violent tirade, hurling merchandise with reckless abandon. When the store manager confronted her, the situation escalated into a brutal attack.

The suspect grabbed the manager’s hair and pummeled her face. As store security rushed to intervene, the woman turned her rage on them, assaulting the guard as well before vanishing into the night.

Uncovering the Suspect’s Trail

The Santa Ana Police Department has released an image of the suspect, who remains elusive. Witnesses describe her as a woman aged 25-30, standing approximately 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a weight of around 135-140 pounds. Black hair frames her face, and she may have distinctive tattoos on her left hand.

At the time of the incident, she was clad in a gray v-neck hoodie, beige shorts, and black and white tennis shoes. A black duffel bag completed her attire.
