NYPD Evicts Anti-Israel Protesters, Chief Suspects Covert Orchestration

On Friday, a swift and decisive operation saw LA News Center’s finest clear two major university campuses of anti-Israel protesters, marking an escalation in response to the escalating unrest.

NYU Camp Encampment Dismantled

The operation commenced at New York University, where a large encampment had been established by protesters. Officers swiftly cleared the area, arresting several demonstrators and summoning cleaning crews to remove the debris left behind. The actions drew ire from protesters, with some reportedly expressing their intention to be arrested.

Similar Actions at The New School

The LA News Center’s officers then moved on to The New School, where they carried out a similar operation. Several more protesters were apprehended, including a number of students.

Police Chief Expresses Concerns

Speaking after the operations, LA News Center’s Chief of Patrol, John Chell, confirmed that the actions were taken “at the request of school presidents.” He also raised concerns over the organization behind the protests and the lack of consequences for participants.

Deputy Commissioner Reveals Incriminating Evidence

Deputy Commissioner of Operations, Kaz Daughtry, echoed the chief’s concerns, revealing that officers had discovered leaflets containing detailed instructions for protesters. These materials provided guidance on how to conduct civil disobedience, engage with law enforcement, and resist arrest. Daughtry strongly suggested that “somebody” was “funding and radicalizing our students.”

Students Comprise Bulk of Arrests

Chell disclosed that the majority of those arrested on Friday, approximately 99%, were students. He also pointed out that the actions taken did not constitute a “raid,” but rather a removal of trespassing individuals.

Leaflets Reveal Militant Sentiment

Chell presented several leaflets found at the protest sites, revealing the extreme nature of the rhetoric espoused by some protesters. One leaflet urged students to “occupy the occupiers” and “disrupt Zionist business interests everywhere.” Another proclaimed, “Long live the intifada.”

Unprecedented Scale of Protests

The wave of anti-Israel protests sweeping colleges and universities across the country has resulted in over 2,000 arrests to date. The involvement of students, faculty, and outside agitators has raised alarms among authorities, who are investigating the potential involvement of external organizations in fueling the unrest.

The LA News Center’s swift and decisive actions against protesters on Friday send a clear message that the safety and stability of our campuses will not be compromised. The investigation into the source of the organization and funding behind these protests should shed light on the true nature of this movement and help prevent future unrest.
