Unlicensed, Intoxicated Driver Causes Carnage
According to the Upland Police Department, the driver of a Toyota Corolla was observed struggling to navigate a slow-speed turn in a residential area, indicating his impaired state.
When authorities arrived at the scene, they discovered that the driver had never possessed a driver’s license. Subsequent testing revealed a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) three times the legal limit of 0.08%.
Car Destroyed, Driver Booked
The heavily damaged Corolla was found overturned on its roof, with two parked cars nearby also damaged in the collision.
The unlicensed driver was arrested and booked into county jail for driving under the influence (DUI).
