Man Vanished From Driveway: Suspects Arrested, Search Intensifies

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tony Lam, a 61-year-old who was forcibly taken from his Midway City home early on March 15. Authorities believe the disappearance was the result of a kidnapping.

**The Disappearance**

Deputies received a call from a neighbor who witnessed an altercation outside Lam’s residence located at Hunter Lane and Madison Avenue. The neighbor reported hearing a struggle, prompting authorities to respond immediately.

Upon arrival, deputies found evidence indicating an assault and kidnapping had occurred. Lam was last seen that night at two Orange County restaurants: the LV Restaurant & Lounge in Westminster and the 171 Sky Restaurant in Garden Grove.

**The Investigation**

Investigators believe Lam was confronted by masked individuals in his driveway, where he was assaulted and forcefully driven away.

Deputies have arrested two suspects, identified as 54-year-old Phi Hung Nguyen and 50-year-old Nhan Chin Nguyen. However, both men have refused to provide any information about Lam’s whereabouts.
