The teen, identified as a 17-year-old boy, allegedly terrorized a 16-year-old boy. In a fit of rage, he ripped a television off the wall, leaving a gaping hole in its place.

The boy then proceeded to smash the television, sending shards and pieces flying. The situation escalated when a concerned 27-year-old man intervened in an attempt to quell the chaos.
