The fateful encounter occurred at approximately 11:23 p.m. on Tuesday, as a gray Honda Civic piloted by Guerra crossed paths with a red Freightliner Cascadia at the intersection of Nisqualli Road and Sixth Avenue. The impact of the collision was severe, leaving both vehicles extensively damaged.
