On April 14th, the tranquil community of Stillwater Lakes in Palm Bay, Florida, was shattered by a shocking incident. Kyle Patrick Tate, the president of the homeowners association (HOA), was apprehended after allegedly threatening children with a firearm and destroying their property.

As three young anglers cast their lines at a lake within the Stillwater Lakes subdivision, their peaceful pastime was disrupted by the menacing figure of Tate. According to court documents, Tate approached the children brandishing a gun and ordered them off his property – an erroneous claim as the property belonged to the HOA.
